Mint tea


My dad recently introduced me to mint tea. I've tried a few other kinds in the past (thank you Twinings sample packs) such as lemon and ginger, raspberry, and green tea, but I've never really liked any of them, so it was a pleasant surprise to find that I actually quite liked mint tea!

It's so simple to make - just grab a few fresh mint leaves, pour boiling water over them and allow to steep for a few minutes. That's it. It's light, refreshing, tastes great, and comes with a few other side benefits:

  • Mint is one of the best herbs for the digestive system
  • Can be used to help stomach aches and pains
  • Helps to eliminate bad breath and whiten teeth
  • Can ease a cough
  • Can reduce nausea and headaches
